Q: How do you know what non-salary expenses my practice needs?
A: PedsPal was originally formed by Cook Children's Physician Network, which is one of the largest and still growing pediatric group practices in the country. The products you buy most often are what our physician offices use as well. We monitor the market for products and services, check invoices and critique vendor requests for pricing adjustments to ensure you receive the lowest possible prices. We also encourage feedback from our members regarding changing needs, vendor compliance and performance to advance the program.
Q: Is it really free to join?
A: Yes. As PedsPal's membership grows, so does its purchasing power. By faithfully supporting our contracted vendors, members earn the right to receive these super low prices.

A: Physicians from around the country who work together to minimize practice expenses for all participants.
Q: Do I order products from PedsPal?
A: No, PedsPal is not a vendor or distributor. You can continue to order directly from the manufacturer or distributor, but with one big difference – lower prices.
Q: What is unique about PedsPal?
A: PedsPal provides a purchasing opportunity for physicians and clinics. The company was built by those who know physicians best – other physicians – to fill the distinct needs of physician practices. Our goal is to help you purchase the items you need in quantities and at prices you can afford. We are not attached to a hospital-based program, so a hospital standards committee will not make decisions for you or subject you to unplanned product changes.
Q: Can I receive special discounts offered directly from PedsPal's vendors on top of the negotiated, lower prices?
A: Promotional and extra incentive discounts are available in addition to PedsPal's already low prices. For example, you can take advantage of a special promotion (such as “Back to School” and “End of the Year”) and still receive the PedsPal's cost savings on top of that. If you have any questions about PedsPal's negotiated prices, please ask.
